Incident Description

1. Owner of SILVER GOLF (early 90's), a white male in mid 40's with dusky graying hair and mustache assaulted a man in parking lot of the Spar. When confronted he kicked a second car, causing damage to it. When threatened with charges, this drunken coward fled the scene in his Golf. A witness at the scene stated the man is well known in the area as an anti-social trouble maker, suspected of drug and alcohol abuse as well as spousal abuse. Members of the public should treat this man with caution!
