1. 3 Occupants in a new BMW sedan drove into the parking of O'Hagan's Willows and the adjacent medical suits. They drove slowly through the parking, turned around and left. This is the second time this vehicle drove aimlessly through the parking lot. Occupants are 3 black males, wearing green overalls.
